The Amish Experience is the only "experiential" theater on the East coast. The story features a more intimate view of the Amish today through the eyes of the Fisher family and scenes from Amish history re-created with multiple projection screens, special effects, and three dimensional set. Shows on the hour - duration approx. 40 minutes.

Guided Farmlands and Amish VIP Tours also available.

Amish V.I.P. (Visit in Person) Tour:   Unique, intimate visit to 3 Amish properties --- a farm at milking time to observe how the Amish milk cows and cool milk without electricity, a home “cottage industry” to hear about and observe a unique handcraft, and a visit to an Amish family for an informal chat right in their home.  (Limited to 14 guests.)

Underground Railroad Experience: Visit sites associated with the Christiana Resistance. Learn about the secret world of the underground railroad in Lancaster. Meet an escaped slave at a Quaker Meeting House as he heads north in search of freedom.  (Limited to 14 guests.)

Historic Philadelphia: All-day tour with guide from Lancaster via motorcoach. Upon arrival in Philadelphia, the walking tour includes free time for lunch on own and visits to the famous sites --- Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross House, Christ Church, and more.

The Amish Experience Theater is open Monday through Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm mid-March through November, 10:30am to 5:00pm on Sundays. Open weekends December. Closed January through mid-March, and on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
