This home was built circa 1730's. This is one of the oldest remaining buildings in the Lititz area. It was originally known as Jacob Huber's Tavern. Count Zinzendorf came to this tavern in 1742 and shared his vision of a frontier mission for the Indians. As a result, the Moravian Church was established on a neighboring farm in 1749. This became Lititz. Many of the building's features are original.
