Jeffries, the independently owned restaurant located at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. The restaurant, named for a local tobacco inspector of the late 19th century, seats approximately 60 in its main dining area and smoke-free bar. Private and serene outdoor seating available seasonally.

Menus change regularly to reflect the availability of quality seasonal products direct from the source - local small farmers with environmentally sustainable practices.

John J. Jeffries is open for open for dinner 5:30 to 10 on Mondays through Saturdays and 5:30 to 9 on Sundays. Half-price local beer, wine by the glass, and Organic Martinis daily from 4 to 6PM.
