Bold colors…intricate designs…dazzling artwork… and most of all, a rich sense of history and tradition.  The newly-renovated Quilt & Textile Museum offers fascinating exhibits of an incredible world-famous collection of Lancaster Amish Quilts.  In addition to the quilts, don't miss the inaugural exhibition Rags to Rugs: Hooked and handsewn rugs, an ice cream parlor and an expanded museum store.

The Museum's newest offering is the new Family Walking Tour.  The self-guided walking tour tells the story of Lancaster using four families who never lived in Lancaster but could have.  Visit the places where these families would have lived, worked and socialized.  The Family Walking Tour guides are available for $1 at the Lancaster Quilt and Textile Museum Store.

The museum is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission is $6 for adults, $4 for students with ID, and free for children ages 17 and under.  Special rates are available for group tours.
