Springerle House Cookie & Tea Café

Welcome to the Springerle House, where we continue the tradition of making springerle, or "picture cookies," in historic Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Our family has been making springerle here in the heart of PA Dutch Country for over 100 years! We hope you'll enjoy our cookies and hand-painted ornaments as much as we enjoy making them.

The Springerle House is also a European cookie and tea cafe where you can enjoy over 50 kinds of tea and homemade shortbread, French madeleines, springerle, gingerbread, scones and more. Take time from your shopping in the quaint and historic village of Strasburg and unwind with us.

You will be surrounded by our hand-painted folk art ornaments and cookie molds, all available for purchase. You may even be in time to watch and learn how we make these special cookies!

The Springerle House is open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5PM. Closed Wednesdays and Sundays but you can shop with us online 24 hours a day!

We accept most major credit cards. Quantity discounts available.

Have lunch or dinner inside a historic working microbrewery right here in Lancaster. Depending on the time of year you can choose from over ten award-winning varieties of beers. Also award-winning is our restaurant that offers delicious and freshly prepared items for lunch or dinner. The casual ambiance, wonderful menu selections, and friendly service make for a fun experience for you to enjoy with friends and family. Just off the New Holland Pike exit of Route 30.

Lancaster Brewing Company is open Sunday through Thursday 11:30AM to midnight and Friday through Saturday from 11:30AM to 2AM.
